Kawasaki ER5 scrambler by Garage 38

Given the shape of the frame and the liquid-cooled engine, building an attractive special motorcycle out of an ER5 ain’t easy... And Nicola, the owner, even wanted a bike comfortable for two. Nevertheless the changes made were everything but radical and the result good enough to raise the interest of the model Irene Signorini and of the photographer Simone De Ranieri... "We started with the reconstruction of the rear frame and the creation of the seat Andrea Cecchini says  We keep on using the stock side panels, air cooling conveyors and headlight, all finished with wrinkled paint". Even the fuel tank is stock, stripped down to bare metal and treated with transparent paint. The 2 in 1 exhausts are custom made and use a new cone silencer. The instruments were replaced with just a speedo and a minimal set of indicator lights. Finally, in a trendy transformation, it seems that a scrambler look cannot be missed, and hence new knobby Continental tires had to be mounted.

  1. Great job! I'm digging the seat setup. Where can I find it?
