Obiboy's 1982 Suzuki GS1100 by Massimo Fuchs Rinchiuso

Since Oberdan Bezzi designed this special based on a 1982 GS1100 crankshaft drive, there have been several attempts to have it done. Some of them were truly remarkable and featured on the Inazuma pages (*). Others never saw the light. This one has been finally built by Massimo Fuchs Rinchiuso on behalf of his owner Stefano Vittorio Romanazzi (who owns this bike since he was a youngster), expressly based on the original Bezzi's project and it has been done the way it was intended. Oh, guys, believe me, if not from my pictures shot at MBE 2016, watching it live is really a blast. Countless fine custom details CNC finely machined, a perfectly built bike which gets to the point to be exposed directly in the official Suzuki stand. No doubt for me, this bike was one of the Queens of the show in Verona. Amazing masterpiece of the Italian custom school...

Sin da quando Oberdan Bezzi ha disegnato questa special su base GS1100 cardanica del '82, ci sono stati diversi tentativi di realizzazione. Alcuni sono stati notevoli e presentati sulle pagine dell'Inazuma Cafè (*). Altri non hanno mai visto la luce. Questa moto, infine, è stato realizzata da Massimo "Fuchs" Rinchiuso per conto del suo proprietario Stefano Vittorio Romanazzi (che la possiede da quando era ragazzo), espressamente sul progetto originale di Bezzi ed è stata costruita esattamente nel modo in cui era stata pensata. Oh, ragazzi, credetemi, se non dalle mie foto prese nella folla del MBE 2016, vederla dal vivo è davvero una favola. Innumerevoli dettagli artigianali, finemente lavorati al CNC, una moto perfettamente costruita al punto di essere esposta direttamente nello stand ufficiale Suzuki. Per me non ci sono dubbi, questa moto è stata una delle regine dello show a Verona. Straordinario capolavoro di scuola custom italiana...
