The very unusual Monster by MS Garage... Ready for the desert!
The frame of this early 90's Ducati Monster 600 is still completely stock, the customization is fully reversible and the special parts can also be produced as a kit. The aluminium bodywork has been hand made by Manuele using 2 mm metal sheets for the fuel tank and the seatpan and 1,5 mm sheets for the fenders, the hand protections and the side panels.Most of the details (fuel cap, brackets, footpegs etc.) are billet handmade. The front light comes from an old kawasaki, while the tail light is Acerbis.The engine has been finished satin black. The fine paintwork is by Veper (Alberto Calzolari) based in San Giovanni in Persicieto (near Bologna). Well done!
Il telaio di questa Monster 600 prima serie è rimasto completamente di serie, e la trasformazione è totalmente reversibile con le parti speciali che possono anche essere prodotte in kit. La carrozzeria in alluminio è stata fatta a mano da Manuele utilizzando lastre da 2 mm per il serbatoio e la base sella e da 1,5 mm per parafanghi, protezioni per le mani e pannelli laterali. La maggior parte dei dettagli (tappo serbatoio, staffe, pedane ecc.) sono stati ricavati a mano in alluminio dal pieno. Il faro è di una vecchia Kawasaki, mentre la luce posteriore è Acerbis. Il motore è stato finito in nero satinato. La bella verniciatura è di Veper (Alberto Calzolari) di San Giovanni in Persicieto (Bologna). Gran bel lavoro!
