XS400sp based chopper by An-Bu - Nagoya, Japan

Several self-defined builders take cheap bikes, strip them down to the frame, leave the bodywork rusting for a while, then they reassemble the pieces adding some aftermarket components and call their products “specials”. I’m confident you won’t mistake Koichi Fujita for one of those. In Nagoya, the man behind An-Bu largely demonstrated to be a real builder and artist and this case is no exception. This iconic XS400 has been rebuilt modifying the sub frame, shortening the shocks to give the bike the proper low-ride-chopper style and has been added vintage components only. The shape of the custom exhausts, the old GT gas tank and the dogbone handlebar complete the look of the bike in perfect japanese custom school… Charming.

Affascinante.
