Metal Soul: "Raw Style" Vespa PX-VNB Conversion by Scooter & Service

When it comes to custom scooters, few workshops know how to push things to the limit like the German specialists at Scooter & Service. This build, based on a mellow Vespa PX-VNB, strips the legendary scooter of its elegant and friendly urban attire to reveal a gritty, industrial heart, finished in a brutalist "Raw Metal" style. 

Underneath the hand-finished, weathered bodywork beats a monstrous 250cc Quattrini engine, ensuring performance as mean as its look. To let it breathe, the workshop integrated a high-performance M244 Curley stainless steel exhaust, specifically tuned for the Quattrini setup. But power must be managed. The silhouette is defined by a "Superlow" front fork, which, among other things, gives the scooter a predatory, hunkered-down stance, complemented by a powerful new oversized braking system and an enlarged rear rim and tire. The transformation is completed by drag bar handlebars, replacing the classic original headlight for a cleaner, more aggressive cockpit.

Questa realizzazione sulla base di una paciosa Vespa PX-VNB, spoglia il mitologico scooter della sua elegante e amichevole veste urbana per rivelarne un cuore grezzo e industriale, rifinito in un brutale stile "Raw Metal". 

Sotto la carrozzeria lavorata a mano e dall’aspetto vissuto batte un mostruoso motore Quattrini da 250cc, che garantisce prestazioni cattive quanto il suo look. Per farlo respirare, l'officina ha integrato uno scarico ad alte prestazioni M244 Curley in acciaio inossidabile, messo a punto specificamente per il setup Quattrini. Ma la potenza va gestita. Sicchè la silhouette è segnata da una forcella anteriore "Superlow", che, tra l’altro, conferisce allo scooter una posizione d'attacco, bassa e predatrice, un nuovo poderoso sistema frenante maggiorato e cerchio e pneumatico posteriore maggiorato. Il tutto è completato da un manubrio drag bar, che sostituisce il classico faro originale per un cockpit più pulito e aggressivo.
